- Support the use of data to measure teacher effectiveness and student growth.
- Empower and support the management decisions of principals.
SET POLICY FOR SCHOOL CONSOLIDATION
- Establish policies that focus on the best interests of the students as well as demonstrates fiscal responsibility for the good of the District.
MAXIMIZE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BUDGET
- Be stewards of our tax dollars and focus on the students and teachers.
- Integrate technology strategies into the culture of our schools in order to graduate students with the ability to live, work and learn in our community.
OPEN THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION
- Create Parent and Community Forums to establish a consistent, two-way dialogue within the District.
- Build bridges and linkages with the business as well as non-profit and philanthropic communities for the long-term success of the District.
